5. Shipping & Delivery

Prasadam is dispatched from Vrindavan, and delivery time may vary based on your location and temple schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded as the prasadam is perishable and prepared specifically for the customer.
